Listed below is everything you need to know about my Store Policies. If you have a question you don't see answered here, just drop me a note.
SIZING DETAILS : All wine bags are approximately 5.5 inches wide and 12 inches tall. Each bag comes with a tie which is attached to the back.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS : If a slight pressing is required after receiving your wine bag, please do so on the reverse of the bag. Please do not iron on the ink design....or get it wet. This does not apply to embroidered bags.
WHOLESALE AVAILABILITY : My wine bags, especially for custom work, are very well priced and I don't discount any further.
CUSTOM ORDERS : I'm always interested in creating custom orders. Please contact me with your ideas!
PURCHASING LARGE ORDERS : If you're purchasing a larger order, please write me for a combined shipping price. I don't inflate postage costs but charge close to what I have to pay.
PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS ABOUT AN ORDER : If you have a problem or concern about your item, please let me know. I take customer service very seriously and want to be sure you're 100% satisfied with your order.

SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME : The time I need to prepare an order varies. For details, contact me.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES : North America: 4-10 business days. Based in Canada, I ship by Canada Post and then USPS takes over when item arrives in the United States. The postal delivery service with the two mail companies is a tricky creature to predict. Please leave lots of time when ordering as I do not guarantee delivery times. Customs may also hold things up.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES : Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
COUNTRIES : I ship only to the USA and Canada
RETURNS
I WILL ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS : Just contact me within : 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within : 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within : 1 hour of purchase

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEM : If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

PAYMENT
PLACING AN ORDER : As I currently don't have an online store, please email me at : thewinebag@gmail.com with your list and I'll respond with a breakdown on pricing and postage costs. Prices range from $8 to $12 per bag. Please include your location.
INVOICING : Once we've worked out the details of your order, I will create a custom company invoice for you which will be sent to you by email using Paypal.
PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL : I accept Paypal for all my orders. Please note that you do NOT need to sign up or have an account with Paypal to purchase my wine bags. You can just make payment with your credit card/debit card...easy! If you have any problems, let me know.
FOR LARGER ORDERS : Please contact me for a combined postage price and I can invoice you directly through Paypal. This will be sent as a company invoice for your records and mine.
CURRENCY : All wine bags are sold in USD.
